The Wallowa County ESD provides one very dedicated and talented fulltime staff person to plan, coordinate, and facilitate staff development, text book evaluation, and curriculum improvement for the 21st Century Act and the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, a federal act.  This person also writes and/or assists school districts in the writing of grants, continous improvement plans, technology plans and school safety plans. Upon request by a local school district, teacher evaluation services are provided.
